THE EXPERIENCE

A day of ice climbing. Instructor and all necessary climbing equipment included.

Try a one-day ice climbing course with an instructor. No previous ice climbing experience is needed. Learn to use the equipment and develop your climbing technique, with routes adapted to each participant’s level.

All necessary ice climbing equipment is included. We agree the climbing location and meeting point before the trip, based on local ice and weather conditions.

Optional transport from Gaustablikk

Transport can be booked for an additional charge on the booking page. Pickup is available at Bygget and Gaustablikk hotel. We agree the pickup point and time before the trip.

Where do we meet?

The climbing location and meeting point are agreed before the trip, based on local ice and weather conditions. If you book transport, we arrange pickup at Bygget or Gaustablikk hotel.

What should I wear?

Bring warm layers, windproof outerwear, gloves and a hat for a full day outdoors. Climbing boots and all necessary ice climbing equipment are included.

Do I need climbing experience?

No. The trip suits beginners and those looking to develop their skills on ice. The instructor adapts the guidance and routes to your level.

Is transport included?

Transport is optional and costs extra. Select it as an add-on on the booking page. Pickup is available at Bygget and Gaustablikk hotel; we agree the pickup point and time before the trip.
